Terms and conditions for subscribing to a paid home page
- For the paid website service, you pay for the creation and publication of the website on a monthly fee basis for the period specified in the package.
- The services (and exclusions) included in the monthly fee depend on the package you choose. The selection of packages is published on the RA Media website. Please pay attention to the extra services available outside the package and the additional costs they entail.
- Once you’ve chosen the package that suits you and sent us your order, you’ll be directed to pay the first instalment via a payment link.
NB By subscribing to the package and paying the first invoice, you agree to the terms of service and you undertake to pay the monthly fee for the package until the end of the package, regardless of whether and to what extent you use the service provided by the package during the entire term of the package.
NB The creation and publication of the website is a personalised service, therefore you cannot cancel your subscription or prematurely cancel your package. - The start date of the service is the date of payment of the first invoice and the package is valid for the following 12 months. The next 11 bills will be sent to you monthly on the start date of the package, with a 7-day payment period.
For example: you paid the first invoice on 15.03. Subsequent invoices will be sent on 15.04, 15.05 …. up to the last invoice on 15.02 of the year following the year you subscribed. - Within three working days of payment, I’ll give you access to the self-service environment to exchange information.
If the subscription included domain registration and email configuration, I will provide these with the self-service access. - In the event that You do not pay the invoice for the service on time during the period of validity of the package and fail to do so even after a reminder has been sent, we reserve the right to suspend the website creation and/or publication service until all outstanding amounts have been received. In the event that you are in arrears by more than 2 months’ monthly fee (including VAT), we have the right to unilaterally terminate the service contract. Such termination of the service contract will render the entire outstanding balance of the package immediately due and payable.
- After the unilateral termination of the contract, I will keep the materials and rights related to your project for one month for your transfer. The transfer of the materials and rights will only take place upon payment of all amounts due. In the event that you have not paid the invoices within one month and we have not reached an agreement, I will permanently delete all the work done.
- Our service and packages do not include content creation. The content (visual elements, texts, information fields, etc.) of your website and your business website must come from you. Our self-service environment will guide you on these matters.
- The exchange of information related to your website will be entirely handled through the self-service environment. Please do not send any information related to the website through other channels unless we have agreed otherwise. In this way, it will also be easy for you to manage your website project.
- Please note that the speed of completion of the website also depends on your contribution. The service requires that you provide us with complete and final information about the website within 3 weeks of setting up the self-service access. We guarantee that your website will be ready for publication in the content of your choice within 14 days of providing all the necessary input in the self-service environment.
